Tyrus was a Human male Captain of the Republic Wanderer-class transport Esseles during the Cold War with the Sith Empire. In 3,643 BBY, he was killed when the ship was attacked by the Imperial warship Emperor's Glory under the command of Grand Moff Rycus Kilran. After his death, he was succeeded by his first officer Haken.
