In the Yinchorri, its name meant "Within World", and it was associated with the spirit realm in the Yinchorri religion. During the Yinchorri technological and military buildup, the High Command built a command center inside the world, giving its name new meaning. In 33 BBY during the Yinchorri Uprising, Uhanayih was attacked by the Navy of the Galactic Republic.
Behind the scenes
The New Essential Chronology names Uhanayih as a moon of Yinchorr, when Jedi Council: Acts of War makes it clear it is its own planet.
