Ulicia was an industrial planet within the Ulicia system, located in the Tingel Arm region of the galaxy's Outer Rim. Situated in the Corporate Sector, naturally it fell under Corporate Sector Authority rule. Its galactic coordinates were S-3.^[1] In 0 ABY, one Authority executive named Fiolla departed the world with a prisoner on her starship, the Tydia Rish, en route to deliver her charge back to a Direx, one of the fifty-five who sat on the Corporate Sector's board.^[2]

Ulicia was first mentioned in the 1997 short story Priority: X written by George R. Strayton, within Topps' Star Wars Galaxy 12. It was again mentioned in The Essential Atlas, published in 2009.
