Ultaar was a planet, located in the Ultaar system of the Mid Rim.

It had many landmasses set aside for agriculture and exported luxuriously scented flowers and other plants. In his search for the identity of the Rebel pilot whom destroyed the Death Star I, Beilert Valance desolated the local Rebel base. Darth Vader later came to the planet seeking the same information, only to find a scene of carnage.
