Umgullian blob 14 was an Umgullian blob owned by Vob Bitas. During a race on Fondine Raceways on Umgul, Bitas enhanced his blob with viscosity-enhancing substances. They were found in the blob at the end of the race, and Bitas was sentenced to death for cheating.
