Ung Kusp was a leader of the Mandalorians.

He claimed betrayal at one point by Jaing, although Jaing viewed it the other way around. He later sent a squad of Mandalorians to kill Jaing. Although they indeed accomplished the task, Jaing's partner Durge, vowed vengeance, and immediately went after Kusp.

It is possible that Jaing was subsequently resurrected by a cyberneticist.

• It seems likely that Ung Kusp ruled during the New Sith Wars, around 1,500 BBY, based on the fact that it is known the Mandalorians and the Sith fought around that date. The comic Prototypes, in which Kusp is mentioned, ends with one of the characters, a maniacal cyberneticist, predicting that the death of Jaing would set off a war between the Mandalorians and the Sith. If indeed this was the New Sith Wars, Kusp may have participated in the conflict, assuming he survived Durge's pursuit.
