In 22 BBY, a B1 battle droid along with a fellow battle droid accompanied Dark Acolyte Asajj Ventress to the planet of Rugosa to speak to Toydarian king Katuunko about the Galactic Republic base about to be constructed on the planet. After Jedi Master Yoda managed to escape the Separatist attack and arrived to speak with Katuunko, the three clone troopers accompanying Yoda shot this droid and the other one, but Ventress managed to escape.
