An unidentified IG-100 MagnaGuard was stationed in the Skytop listening station on the moon of Ruusan and served under command of General Grievous during the time of the Clone Wars.

HistoryEdit

In 22 BBY, the Galactic Republic managed to trace the location of the Separatist listening post, the Skytop Station, and sent a clone strike team lead by Jedi General Anakin Skywalker and padawan Ahsoka Tano to take it out.

Meanwhile on the station, Grievous discovered that the captured Republic astromech droid R2-D2 hadn't had it's memory erased and still contained every Republic formation and strategy, so he assigned four IG-100 MagnaGuard droids, including this one, to guard him. Later, Grievous ordered the droids to take the R2 unit aboard his ship, the Soulless One, but on their way to the ship they were intercepted by Anakin Skywalker and a firefight ensued. Eventually, this droid along with the rest of his squad was overpowered by the Jedi, and destroyed.
