Sometime in 43 BBY, Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and his Padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi went to the Splendor Tavern looking for Helb, a broker for the criminal group Tech Raiders. Qui-Gon spoke to the bartender, who then directed him where Helb could be found.
