Unidentified Imperial Governor (Ando)

The title of this article is conjectural.

Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

ThisImperial Governor was an Imperial officer who made a deal with the pirate Pyash Yopayomba. In exchange for her starting a planetary civil war during the Portage Moon Festival, he would give her complete control of Ando's oceans.

His fate is unknown after the Battle of Portage Moon.
