This customs officer was a male human Mandalorian, and member of the New Mandalorian faction who worked in city of Sundari on Mandalore during the Clone Wars. He went to inspect the arrival of tea by Moogan smugglers, however the male individual delivering the tea, Tee Va, had brought poisonous slabin-laced product to the planet. The customs officer was bribed by Tee Va and left him to his business. Later he went back to "inspect" the next shipment only to be bribed again, during which Satine Kryze and Padmé Amidala had secretly discovered what was going on.
