This individual was one of the many Mon Calamari prisoners taken captive by the Separatists on Dac and transported to an underwater cave used as a prison camp. Prince Lee-Char, along with padawan Ahsoka Tano, managed to get inside the camp and talk to him and the other prisoners, motivating them and telling them not to lose hope.
