This individual was appointed a Moff in the Galactic Empire and given responsibility for the the Morshdine sector. The Moff oversaw construction of an Imperial Intelligence Ubiqtorate center on Tangrene, a planet in the the Morshdine's Tangrene system. Following completion of the Ubiqutorate center, the Moff ordered the genocide of its native species, the Tangrene, whom he had had enslaved to help in the center's construction.
