This elegantly dressed individual was an announcer at Corpo the Hutt's extravagant culinary contests. In his overly dramatic style, he introduced the challenger as well as Corpo's personal champion chef, MREM-02.

Although never named in the comic, this announcer is based on the flamboyant character of Chairman Kaga on Iron Chef, who announces the theme ingredient for each battle.
