This Neimoidian was at the Trade Federation's Blockade of Pantora. He was stationed on board a battleship along with Sib Canay. He was in the hangar when Senator of Pantora Riyo Chuchi and Jedi Padawan Ahsoka Tano arrived. He went to the prison with Neimoidian soldiers to stop Ahsoka Tano and Riyo Chuchi after they freed Chi Eekway Papanoida, daughter of Chairman of the Pantoran Assembly, N. Papanoida.

Behind the scenesEdit

The envoy was voiced by Tom Kenny who also voiced Greedo and Tan Divo in the episode. In the new Sphere of Influence Guide, he is called Lott Dodd. The real name of Senator Lott Dod is then it is possible, but unlikely, that call'd really Lott Dodd.
