A Neimoidian envoy was involved in the Trade Federation's blockade of Pantora. He was stationed on board a Droid Control Ship along with Sib Canay. He was in the hangar when Senator of Pantora Riyo Chuchi and Jedi Padawan Ahsoka Tano arrived. He went to the prison with Neimoidian soldiers to stop Ahsoka Tano and Riyo Chuchi after they freed Chi Eekway Papanoida, daughter of Chairman of the Pantoran Assembly, Notluwiski Papanoida.

He denied having any involvment in the abduction of the Chairman's daughter but finally agreed to free her in order to prevent a possible scandal for the Trade Federation caused by Sib Canay and reluctantly agreed to start negotiations in ending the Blockade of Pantora.

Behind the scenes

The envoy was voiced by Tom Kenny who also voiced Greedo and Tan Divo in the episode. In the new Sphere of Influence Guide, he is called Lott Dodd. Lott Dodd is a separate Neimoidian Senator.
