During the Battle of Teth, this OOM command battle droid commanded Separatist droid forces during the Galactic Republic's vertical assault on the B'omarr Monastery. Before the battle, he decided to fire on the republic transports despite another droid's objections. When the sergeant accidentally fell off the mesa, the commander didn't care and saw it as the droid left his post. He was destroyed by Anakin Skywalker along with the rest of his squad atop the monastery when he was sent tumbling off the mesa, just like the sergeant .
