A large, purple-colored sluglike species was indigenous to Orooturoo. They had a bizarre mating ritual, involving the female devouring the male, similar to some insects. Jabba the Hutt learned of the ritual when Princess Nampi captured him and ate his traitorous aide Scuppa.
