This Unidentified Polearm Five pilot flew an A-wing as part of the New Republic's Polearm Squadron. During the campaign against Warlord Zsinj, this pilot died in the Battle for the Razor's Kiss with a turbolaser shot from the Executor-class Star Dreadnought Iron Fist.
