In 980 BBY, the pollen from a flower was scattered by the hermit Darovit around the construction site of a monument under construction in the Valley of the Jedi, on the planet Ruusan, to honor the Jedi of the Army of Light. The pollen was pungent, and it attracted tens of thousands of small birds to the site, enough to make further work on the monument impossible for three days.[1]

Behind the scenesEdit

This flower and its pollen appeared in the novel Darth Bane: Rule of Two, written by Drew Karpyshyn and published on December 26, 2007.
