BiographyEdit

A Force-sensitive Selkath was discovered by the Jedi Order and trained in the ways of the Force. Ascending to the rank of Jedi Knight, the Selkath Jedi began independent study as a Jedi Consular, specializing as a Jedi artisan, one of only a handful of the era. An odd choice for the era, the Selkath crafted a green bladed retrosaber; an old fashioned lightsaber that did not have an internal power supply. Instead, an external power pack was carried on the belt and attached to the lightsaber by a cord.^[1]

When the Clone Wars erupted across the galaxy between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems, the Selkath Jedi dutifully reported to Coruscant to receive the rank of Jedi General within the Grand Army of the Republic. During the war, the Jedi was known to have engaged a group of B2 super battle droids in at least one battle.^[1]

Behind the scenesEdit

Appearing only in a single image created for the Jedi Academy Training Manual, the gender of the Selkath Jedi Knight is unknown. He is depicted wielding a retrosaber, a rarity during the Rise of the Empire era.
