A Star Destroyer was in the service of the Imperial Navy during the Galactic Civil War. After graduating from the Empire's Vensenor Flight Academy, Wing Commander Pash Cracken and his seventy-two-ship-strong TIE fighter wing served aboard the Destroyer. When the entire wing defected to the Rebel Alliance, Lord Darth Vader took a personal interest in the event and placed a new commander in charged of the Destroyer.
