This Vulture droid was present at the Battle of Patitite Pattuna and pursued the BTL-B Y-wing starfighter commandeered by R2-D2 and C-3PO throughout the space battle and into the atmosphere of the planet Patitite Pattuna. During the atmospheric chase, the droid managed to damage the Y-Wing, but R2-D2 pulled the ship up through the cloud cover and the droid lost sight of them. R2 then turned 180° and sneaked up behind the Vulture droid and destroyed it.
