- "Make way, make way for your new master, the master of Biitu, the Great Heep!"
"Who?"
"Heep!" - ―The announcer droid and C-3PO
A hovering announcer droid announced the arrival of the[1] Abominor[2] Great Heep to several droids captured by his forces on Biitu,[1] an agriworld in the Cassander sector,[3] in 15 BBY.[4] After one of the captured droids, the protocol droid C-3PO, inquired the name of his new master, the announcer droid used its loudspeakers to loudly repeat "Heep." The droid had black photoreceptors and two loudspeakers attached to its black-and-grey spherical body by orange connectors.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
The announcer appeared in The Great Heep,[1] a television special of the animated series Star Wars: Droids, which was first broadcast on June 7, 1986.[5]
