In 980 BBY tens of thousands of small birds were attracted to the construction site of a monument being built in the Valley of the Jedi on the planet Ruusan to honor the Jedi of the Army of Light when the hermit Darovit scattered the pollen of a flower around the area. These birds were so numerous that work on the monument had to be stopped for three days.
