This male being was a functionary on Finis Valorum's office in 33 BBY. He discovered that Staff Aide Sei Taria intended to buy a [[packet of information from a person in a Trade Federation brokerage house on Corulag, and that she was to send her team of "troubleshooters", who would pay the contact with antique coins. This functionary secretly reported this mission to Taria's enemies in exchange for personal profit.

Taria's enemies then killed her contact and framed and tracked the troubleshooters. The trackers used sensors honed in on the rare metals on the coins. The troubleshooters escaped and returned to Coruscant, where the functionary's crime was discovered.
