This unidentified Deck officer was a human male crewmember aboard Grand Admiral Osvald Teshik's flagship. When Emperor Palpatine prepared an ambush for the Grand Admiral, by sending him on mission to Andalia, the officer was still present in his flaship and died in the ensuing fight.
