The title of this article is conjectural.

Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A male individual who was married to a woman who was the owner of a traveling air rodeo that used thrantas. At some point, his wife was captured by an animal rights group who planned to starve her to bring about end of the use of thrantas in traveling air rodeos.

A male individual married a woman at some point in his life. Sometime after he had been married, his wife, who owned a traveling air rodeo that used thrantas, was kidnapped by an animal rights group who planned to starve his wife for a week to show her how the large, winged thrantas nearly starved during transport. The group's goal was to end the use of thrantas in traveling air rodeos; they did not merely want the man to pay a ransom.[1]

After his wife was captured, a group of known individuals in the vicinity was called in to rescue her. The man was willing to pay the individuals for their work in rescuing his wife.[1]

Behind the scenesEdit

The husband of an air rodeo owner first appeared as part of an adventure idea in Rodeo Thranta, an article written by Jeff Quick as part of the Creature Feature series of articles for the Star Wars Roleplaying Game that was published on Wizards of the Coast's website. The article was released on December 12, 2002, with the adventure ideas and characters being usable by gamemasters at any time after thrantas were first used in air rodeos, which happened before the destruction of the thrantas home planet, Alderaan. The man will offer to pay the player characters for rescuing his wife if they are hesitant about doing so.[1]
