The United Council of Bith Musicians was a splinter group of Bith musicians. They came under the influence of the alien-rights Diversity Alliance and pledged their support by playing songs that exposed the goals and ideals of the Alliance as well as anti-Human propaganda while touring alien worlds.

While Nolaa Tarkona was displeased at having the service of musicians instead of more soldiers, her Adjunctant Advisor Hovrak suggested to her that they could be used to help incite anti-human riots or coups against Human or pro-Human authorities.
