The United Tribes of Kariek was formed sometime after The Warlord took over Kariek by the United Tribes Agreement. It ended the fighting between numerous Eickarie tribes to resist the Warlord, and was governed by the InterTribal Council. Around 22 ABY, the United Tribes Command thwarted the Warlord with military support from the Empire of the Hand.

The "United Tribes of Kariek" borrows the name of some realworld governments including the United States of America and the former United States of Indonesia.
