Ur was a male^[2] Tusken Raider who lived on the desert planet of Tatooine during the Galactic Civil War. He was famous for slaying two Gamorrean guards during a territorial skirmish with the Hutt crime lord Jabba Desilijic Tiure.^[1] Ur had a younger brother named Urur, who was restricted to defending their tribe. If Ur was killed, Urur would take his place within the tribe.^[2]

Personality and traitsEdit

Ur wore desert-colored robes and the standard Tusken mask. He wielded a Gaderffii. Ur preferred dewback meat over other Tatooine fare.^[1]

Ur was first mentioned on a card for the Premiere set of Decipher, Inc.'s 2001 Jedi Knights Trading Card Game, as well as his brother Urur's accompanying card. According to the in-game combat statistics, Ur's abilities are more powerful than the average Tusken Raider characters.
