Ursula Kuat was an individual who served as the principal director of the company Kuat Drive Yards during the last millennium of the Galactic Republic. While traveling in a star yacht along the Rothana Route hyperlane, Kuat's vessel was destroyed by some of the director's rivals on the KDY directorate. Kuat's demise subsequently sparked the Kuati Succession Crisis in 311 BBY.
