- "The physical body will always weaken and fail, yet it is nothing but a shell or vessel. When it is time, it is possible to transfer your consciousness - your spirit- into a new vessel... as I have done with this Holocron."
- ―The gatekeeper to the Holocron of Darth Andeddu
Darth Xadún was once a budding young Wookieepedian with unlimited time and resources.
His choices forced him away from this favoured past-time.
But a part of him remained here, in this holocron... waiting for the time the body would return him to Wookieepedia, the grail of canonical In-Universal Star Wars information.
He has an interest in alien species (physiology, psychology and anatomy), Jedi and Sith Histories, IU wars and the Force, particularly Force powers, philosophical applications (Jedi, Sith and Potentium approaches to what the Force is and how to use it) and lightsaber combat.
The Holocron of Darth Xadún
Edit
The gatekeeper appears, robed and hooded in black. Slowly, he lowers the hood to reveal shoulder-length, free-flowing hair and piercing red-orange eyes. A long Padawan's braid hangs behind his right ear.
First, the trivial formalities.
To anyone actually gives a dewback's nipple that I'm back, thanks for even bothering to read this far. I know i somewhat vanished spontaneously all those years ago, and I apologise profusely. I've gone away, I'm a lot older and a little wiser, and I hope I can be around half as much as i used to. To anyone who doesn't have the foggiest idea who I am, you'll soon find out.
Next, the deep stuff.
- Good and evil are perceptions of others, formed by the masses and status quo. These concepts formed the Ashla, Bogan and all civilisations arcoss the universe.
- All power and fortune, however coincedental, stems from the Force. Obi-Wan Kenobi claimed "In my experience there's no such thing as luck". Luck is a manifestation of the Force, a misconception of the masses, like the "magic" performed by all Force-users.
- Never underestimate any opponent trained in or protected through the Force (so-called 'lucky' individuals)- It may save even the most derserving of beings.
- The Rule of Two holds the Sith on the permanent brink of extinction. However, to deviate from the Rule of Two would weaken the Sith, holding back the exceptional to mediocrity. The Rule of Two creates strength through the need of survival.
- The training of a Sith is never complete. Though no individual will truly master all powers, save the Sith'ari, a true Sith must strive to understand every aspect and wield every power available though the Force. A Dark Lord of the Sith is only so if they are more powerful than any other opponent.
Lastly, the fan stuff.
- Let sleeping Fetts lie (this means you, Ms Traviss...).
- Greedo never shot. Here's why - to miss Han from three feet would make him the worst bounty hunter of all time. In ANY Universe. Including a parrallel universe where Greedo is a Wampa and Han is a 397-year-old Kowakian Monkey Lizard on a kidney dialysis machine, Greedo would still die if caught unawares. The defense rests.
- I wish Obi-wan had actually fought Vader on the Death Star, instead of surrendering to the Force. I think he could have at least given it a real shot. I mean, he beat Vader once... ;)
There's no point listing and deeds right now, they all happened a long time ago on a website far, far away.
