I am a upper-tier worker(pretty much right below management, I could get in there if I wanted to but frankly, I don't need or want the stress) making pretty decent money at a major multi-national department store(Hmm, wonder who that could be?). I'm quite intelligent and have a vast memory for real-world facts in addition to the standard-issue geek memory which commits trivial things permanently.;) I have a fairly quick wit(less so when I'm tired) and don't hesitate to use it. I have a close circle of friends that I've known for years and have made some close friends on the job as well; we go to Hooters, we play games, we shoot basketball...typical guy stuff. I love chess, FPS and RPG's, am a free-lance Christian, a voracious reader and musical sponge. I love horror movies(psychological, not this slasher/gore crap like Hostel and Wrong Turn: I watched both of those and didn't even get surprised once, much less frightened), sci-fi(duh, look where I'm at), action, anime...hell, you can see for yourself, just go to my DVD Aficionado page. I play guitar, bass and drums but am regrettably out of practice with all three, something I intend to remedy in this new year. I'm also a long time MMA fan.

My first memory of Star Wars is going to my next door neighbor's house when I was three and watching the first Star Wars on HBO. Oddly enough, I never saw anything but the very last scene of the Obi-Wan/Vader duel, but I have clear memories of seeing that one scene at least twice. My next memory is going to see Empire Strikes Back in the theaters: the walkers were the most amazing things I'd ever seen and I was hooked. I got a Han Solo in Hoth Gear figure for Christmas and his head came off.

Um, all the movies(and by all I mean ALL of the versions on DVD i.e. the PT, the OT, and the OT w/original films), the LEGO Star Wars, Battlefront 2 and KOTOR games on XBox, LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga on XBox 360, Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy for PC, the Attack of the Clones novelization by Salvatore, Dark Lord by Luceno, Path of Destruction and Rule of Two by Karpyshyn, Shadow Hunter by Reeves, I Jedi by Stackpole, a whole lot of others I've read but haven't bought, and so many figures, collectibles and whatnot that five bookshelves barely hold them. Yes, I fly the geek flag proudly.
