Though it should go without saying five or so seconds into these proceedings that this user is rather a huge fan of the Star Wars sagas and many of the media created forthwith, this user must confess to a rather strong dislike of the comics. Just don't ask this user to tell you precisely why... ;o)

This user is also the webmaster of Star Wars Galactica.

Someday this user hopes to be able to actually write for the Star Wars universe. The saga, in this user's honest opinion, is in dire need of some real red meat-eating material in novel form that covers the ancient Jedi Order, in particular the eras surrounding Exar Kun's war, the Mandalorian Neo-Crusades, and the Jedi Civil War and Sith Civil Wars. Now that the majority of the Two Trilogies era has been fleshed out, hopefully the time is right for this to happen...and maybe some Star Wars anime!

Goodwood became a Wookieepedian on 21 December 2006 and has been an on-again, off-again contributor ever since, though recently this user has redoubled his efforts to become that much better. He enjoys fleshing out stub articles and doing what he can to bring subpar articles up to scratch by fiddling with spelling/grammar, adding sections, notes, references, sources, etc.

Born on 11 September 1979, Goodwood became a Star Wars nut (as opposed to a casual fan) when he played Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic for the first time some time in late 2003/early 2004. Getting the chance to role-play as a Jedi Knight and subsequently one of the greatest Force-users of all time sparked a lust for the saga within him. In the year that followed he became involved in Star Wars text-based role-playing at a certain Internet forum (that shall remain nameless due to its current craptastic nature). Since then he became a devourer of Star Wars EU novels; at this point in time he owns almost seventy EU novels and one ForceFX lightsaber.

Only recently, however, has Goodwood become so put off by the changing nature of the saga (e.g., the ramifications of the NJO coupled with the recent Travissty of the Legacy books). At one point that whole thing threatened to end his greedy consumption of EU novel material, however this might change with the Coruscant Nights trilogy, and the other works of Michael Reaves and Steve Perry, who this user considers to be the new Dream Team of Star Wars EU and the new Masters of the Retcon. But then, there is this whole upcoming nightmare surrounding the new Clone Wars film... (*gulp*)

However, it still may be time for a little Harry Potter!
