I started watching Star Wars when the special editions came out. I really loved the movie and I wanted more. I kept watching the movies over and over again, and I still could not get enough! I got my first Star Wars video game, Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight when I was eight, then I got Rogue Squadron. I milked the games for all they were worth and finally got a new game, Mysteries of the Sith, but I did not like to play the game that much, because when I was little I was afraid of the creatures, but now I eat them for breakfast. I didn't get another new game until the year Lucasarts came out with Rogue Squadron II: Rogue Leader for the Gamecube. That game gave me a new challenge and I beat the crap out of it. Later Rogue Squadron III: Rebel Strike came out, and I was devastated to find out it was the end of Rogue Squadron. A year later I got Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, and finally was happy that I got a challenging game for the PC. A year later, Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy satisfied my hunger for Star Wars even further. I then got my first huge game, Knights of the Old Republic, and played that through, and I thought it was the best Star Wars game I ever played. When Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords came out, I about peed my pants when I saw it on shelves, but I was utterly disappointed by the games errors, now I support Team Gizka! In fall 2006, I finally decided I needed to expand Star Wars in a different way, novels. I started with Heir to the Empire, it took me a month to read and I was not disappointed. It took me another month to read Dark Force Rising and another month to read The Last Command. I loved the novels so much, I decided to read every Star Wars novel. I started back up with The Truce at Bakura, which took me three weeks to read. I started next on The Courtship of Princess Leia, but I was confused about Zsinj, so I stopped the book and read the X-Wing novels, then restarted on Courtship. I then continued on to Tatooine Ghost, then skipped past the Thrawn trilogy since I already read it, then read X-Wing: Isard's Revenge. I then got my first comics, Dark Empire and Dark Empire II with Empire's End. The return of Palpatine was the best thing since Thrawn's campaign. I then read the Jedi Academy trilogy, and broke records by reading all three books in less than a week. I then read I, Jedi, and moved onto Children of the Jedi. I really hated that novel, and when I finished it, I was glad to be back in Kevin J. Anderson's hands as I read Darksaber. I skipped Planet of Twilight, and started X-Wing: Starfighters of Adumar. That is as far as I have gotten. I plan on finishing Survivor's Quest before the end of 2007, and spend 2008 reading the New Jedi Order series and the Dark Nest Trilogy. I will then take a break from that era and read every book between Cloak of Deception to Hard Merchandise. I will then move onto the Legacy of the Force novels, and then the Legacy Comics. I frequent the MakerMod forums.
