Greetings, one and all! I am Lord Skywalker, a disciple of the Force, who spends as much time in its Living as well as its Unifying aspects. Although I admire the core values of the Jedi Knights that defend the Republic and its spiritual successor, I am not above admiring the magnificent ruthlessness of the Sith or the exotic perspectives of other Force-sensitive traditions.

I believe in the power of mythmaking and storytelling that is at the heart of the Star Wars universe. I believe in the ethos of technology vs. nature, duty vs. morality, and the individual vs. society. In that respect, I am a fan of authors like Matthew Stover, James Luceno, Timothy Zahn, and Aaron Allston. Conversely, I have little respect for pure flash-over-substance material or over-the-top retcons, because it is the fabric of the story and the integrity of characters that concerns me most.
