Mrobviousjosh became a registered member of the Wookieepedia writing community after discovering a shortage of information in certain areas of the Star Wars Universe, particularly articles pertaining to the Star Wars Roleplaying Game and Star Wars Miniatures Game. In addition to this community, Mrobviousjosh is an active member at the Wizards of the Coast message boards. Frequently playing the Star Wars Roleplaying Game (both WEG's d6 version and Wizards' d20 version), Mrobviousjosh also plays Abberant, Big Eyes Small Mouth (BESM- mostly 2nd Edition), Call of Cthulhu (both Chaosium's d10 version and Wizards' d20 version), Deadlands, Dungeons and Dragons (mostly 3.5 Edition), d20 Modern, Legend of the Five Rings (d10 version), Lord of the Rings, Mutants and Masterminds, Shadowrun (mostly 3rd Edition), and World of Darkness Games (mostly Werewolf).
