I am Olioster. This is my userpage, obviously. My journey as a Star Wars nerd began when I bought Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic for the Xbox on a whim back in 2003. Now, before playing KOTOR, I certainly knew what Star Wars was, but I had never had any major exposure to it, not even a viewing of any of the movies. Hell, I saw Spaceballs first! Anyway, KOTOR showed me just how great the Star Wars universe is and after playing it, I immediately set about buying all the available movies, and beginning to play Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided. As a result of all this, Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith is the only Star Wars movie I have seen in the theaters.

My time here on the Wook began in June 2006. After a few inconsequential edits here and there where I completely ignored any and all regulations, I faded back into obscurity. It wasn't until April of 2009 that I returned, a little older and perhaps a little wiser, and began to look around more intensively. I saw that articles related to Star Wars Galaxies were woefully under represented here on the Wook, and set about to rectify the situation as much as my ability would allow. I began to write many new SWG articles and improving many of the already existing ones, even bringing some to status through the good and comprehensive article process. Additionally, as a fan of the Knights of the Old Republic games, I worked on articles related to them and joined the KOTOR WookieeProject. In February of 2011, I was elected to the EduCorps, which I served on for approximately 11 months before unforeseen circumstances forced me away from the Wook for a time and I resigned in December of 2011. As of March 2012, I am back on the Wook and continuing once again my crusade to document as much as I can about SWG and KOTOR and with the closure of Galaxies, its more important than ever to document what we can before it all becomes lost forever! In July of 2012, I was re-elected to the EduCorps.
