RC-1945 a.k.a. "Arrow", was a clone commando in service to the Galactic Republic during the time of the Clone Wars. Arrow was assigned to BlackOut Squad along with clone commandos Notes, Patch, and Spotter. Arrow served as BlackOut Squad's top sniper and frequently partnered with fellow commando Spotter when sniping. It is unknown whether or not he or the rest of BlackOut Squad survived the clone wars, or what happened to them after the war.
