Currently, Wookieepedia does not have a policy about photoshopping images for use in Star Wars articles. On Talk: Darth Bane, it was discussed that Bane 15.jpg was a good picture for the article, but that the random guy in the background was distracting. So I took an hour of my time and edited out everything below Bane's arms and filled it in with a gradient, then did a bit of touching up. The results can be seen below:

Soon after, I found my change to be reverted. Personally, I feel that basic photoshopping changes like this should be permitted on Wookieepedia. For the time being, I am keeping this on my user page as an example of my photoshopped picture should future discussion about photoshopping pictures be had on Wookieepedia.
