Hello there! On this page you can see my contributions as well as my current projects. Unfortunately, I'm extremely busy with college, so there is no way I can be as active here as many other amazing users—but everything makes a difference.
My primary focus will be on articles that help others conduct research: Improving real-world articles (especially those of reference materials) will help more editors discover the canonical sources at hand, and Wookieepedia will improve itself more rapidly as a result. Not to mention the fact that we might prevent Lucasfilm Ltd. from making errors and omissions of their own; because, let's face it, Wookieepedia has become their first stop even if it's not a final source.
Apart from that, I'll be working on what interests me. That mostly consists of “big picture” stuff like the science and cultures of the galaxy, but also more limited efforts such as favorite characters that need improving, events that I consider myself an expert on, and all the little things I pick up along the way.
Leave a message on my talk page about anything, anytime; I'll respond promptly
Take a look at my library of media if you are searching for any sources
Twi'lek and Ryloth—this has been a nightmare for editors since the veritable destruction of the homeworld, but Twi'leks are one of the most iconic races in Star Wars (if not the iconic race), and both articles are in need of improvement.
Galactic Standard Calendar and Great ReSynchronization—straighten out the dating systems, write the articles in a more coherent fashion, and see if I can adequately source the fact that the BBY/ABY system is not a calendar, but a timeline.
Mission to Jabba's Palace (Galactic Civil War)—there's a hole in the Wook, and it needs to be plugged with a whole lotta citation. This and numerous other articles that refer to the event (such as Jabba and his rancor) need to be updated with several facts, most importantly the inconsistent accounts of the date(s) on which it took place. Boba Fett and minor characters like Porcellus and Dengar, for instance, have POV stories that conflict with the canon length of the event. The mission canonically takes place from the evening of 39:3:3 to the morning of 39:3:4, not the several days these sources describe—making a lot of events in those stories impossible, which needs to be mentioned in their “behind the scenes” sections. (Thanks for the sloppy editing, Kevin J. Anderson!)
I have a fairly large library of Star Wars media, and I'm more than willing to delve into it if you need anything! Check it out and leave me a message—I even have some rare stuff. Feel free to ask even if you don't see it on the list, because there's a lot more that I have access to on a less frequent basis (city library, friends, etc.), or I might point you to someone who does have it.
