Categorize the files you upload. I'm sure you can also use better grammar on the file page as well as use {{SWE}} for Encyclopedia links. Thank you. 1358(Talk) 23:22, December 10, 2011 (UTC)
I know it doesn't look the best, but we shouldn't be adding excess whitespace or moving images "between" lines just for aesthetic purposes. Until the article gets expanded, it should be fine. CC7567(talk) 03:58, December 14, 2011 (UTC)
I appreciate the suggestion, but the article should be fine as it is. The image you're suggesting would only work as a Bts image because it's not directly IU given the four-image splicing, and the current Bts image simply works better because it indicates the conflict that was prevalent regarding his cybernetic eye. I would be happy to implement the image if there were more room, but there isn't at the moment. Thanks though. :) CC7567(talk) 01:57, December 19, 2011 (UTC)
If the Atlas explicitly says that, and isn't referring to any other event, then go ahead and do it. Just remember to source the article properly when creating it. Cheers, 1358(Talk) 19:52, December 21, 2011 (UTC)

Thank you, you did good work. But please post that next time on the CAN page. Below the objections. That's easier for all users to see the status of the article. Clone Commander LeeTalk 16:04, January 2, 2012 (UTC)
I seen that you've addressed the objections, and I'll go through the article again when I get the chance. Cheers.—Cal Jedi(Personal Comm Channel) 23:23, January 10, 2012 (UTC)
Yeah I left a source for feed on the dark side, and removed the Needing vertiifcation tag. Why did re-add it?24.193.145.164 00:13, January 9, 2012 (UTC)
Please eliminate those categories, as well the Eras and {{Nickname}} templates, in your workbench. Those are for mainspace articles only, and not needed elsewhere, such as user workbenches. To remove them, please place a colon after the first two brackets—I.e, [[:Category:Clone troopers]]. For the Eras and Nickname, placing the <nowiki> html tag will remove them. Thanks, JangFett(Talk) 02:13, January 11, 2012 (UTC)
Insert the first tag before anything else, then close the html formatting. <nowiki>blah</nowiki> JangFett(Talk) 02:33, January 11, 2012 (UTC)
Again, please remove those categories. JangFett(Talk) 01:05, January 26, 2012 (UTC)
Yep. Go right ahead. If you want some ideas of how to format it, feel free to look here or here. Cheers, and congratulations on your first status article!—Cal Jedi(Personal Comm Channel) 22:35, January 17, 2012 (UTC)
Hey, dogma. I'll take a look at the article again when I get the chance. Just so you know, please don't leave messages about objections. I keep an eye on the noms and will get to the objections when I get the chance. Cheers.—Cal Jedi(Personal Comm Channel) 03:08, January 23, 2012 (UTC)
"So—are you still worried about being sent to the Agricultural Corps?"
Unidentified clone trooper (Haurgab) has been approved by the AgriCorps and awarded Good status. Feel free to add the {{User GA}} template to your userpage to acknowledge your hard work. The AgriCorps thanks you for your efforts, and looks forward to future nominations from you! — 1358(Talk) 20:00, February 15, 2012 (UTC)
Yes, that TCW article needed an update. However, if you're planning on renominating it, please be aware that you must rewrite the entire article, as it is frowned upon when someone takes others' work. JangFett(Talk) 01:03, February 16, 2012 (UTC)
Here are some quotes from the 2nd Service comic. As for the head quote replacement, one of these could work. I'm really not too sure of the second one because most of the time, it was hard to identify the clones in that room, and the "no doubt" could be Spitter. Ozzel was the only noticeable one, if you can see what I mean. JangFett(Talk) 02:04, February 18, 2012 (UTC)
"Comet, hold that junction breaker open while I rewire the circuit. With any luck, the lock will reset"
―Spitter to Comet, inside the agrocite processing facility[src]
"Mind your place, trooper. I am your superior officer, and I have friends in high places." "No doubt. We're getting out of here. Let's move!"
Just to let you know, I noticed you have issues with your linking in the Comet article. If you're going to link something, albeit want to lowercase it, you can simply do [[second]]s, without having to pipelink it as [[Second|seconds]]. This goes with [[Luke Skywalker|Luke Skywalker's]] as well, which is incorrect. The only time you could pipelink is when you're linking to conjectural titled articles or putting a word, such as "s," within the double brackets. For the conjectural example: [[Battle of Bomis Koori IV]] cannot be linked to that, but rather a [[Battle of Bomis Koori IV|battle]]. For the "s," if there's more than two [[Imperial-class Star Destroyer]]s, this needs to be [[Imperial-class Star Destroyer|''Imperial''-class Star Destroyers]] (notice the italics and the "s" is within the double bracket.) Hope this helps. JangFett(Talk) 16:55, February 19, 2012 (UTC)
Hey, Dogma. While it's good to see you reviewing nominations on the CAN, please remember to update the vote count whenever you support an article. Cheers.—Cal Jedi(Personal Comm Channel) 01:35, February 21, 2012 (UTC)
Sorry for the late reply, but we really cannot assume based on armor, unless it's stated that he was apart of that division. Saying he switched from one division to another without something confirming it is speculation. Until it's confirmed that he was actually part of that Khorm division, you could say he served alongside them. JangFett(Talk) 19:42, February 21, 2012 (UTC)
I'm not much of a fan of promotional images, but I forgot the article is not even a good article anymore. I'll be taking care of his expansion when I have time. JangFett(Talk) 17:44, February 24, 2012 (UTC)
Please take a look at the fifth item that was passed during the recent Mofference. You must include parenthetical descriptors for conjectural titled articles. I corrected the title for that Dathomir battle droid, but please watch out in the future. Thanks, JangFett(Talk) 23:21, February 27, 2012 (UTC)

Review, part 1
Intro: I would remove the nickname of Gree and the "senior" before Clone Commander. It is too much context and plus we don't know if Gree was already a senior clone commander at that point. You can keep his nickname in the bio though.
Done
Intro: Context for the Geonosians.
Added
Intro: Elaborate a little bit more about the battle itself.
Expanded
Bio: Draa was one of the many clones of the bounty hunter Jango Fett, born on the planet Kamino to serve in the Galactic Republic's new clone army as a clone trooper: It sounds like Fett was born and trained on the planet. Please reword.
Reworded
Bio: fought against the Confederacy of Independent Systems as they defended the Republic during the Clone Wars.: Same here. Reword to make it clearer that the clones defend the Republic.
Done
Bio: Is the name "41st Elite Corps" mentioned in the episode? If not you have to find another source.
No mention of it, but since he served with Gree and had the markings of the 41st, I am assuming he is 41st.
Please see if you can find a source that the unit itself is the 41st. Hint: Take a look at CC's battle article or the episode guide.
Bio: The battle took place in 21 BBY, not c. 21 BBY. If you want infos about the general battle and sources, take a look at the FA.
Done
Bio: Do we know if Draa was in the Geonosis system since the beginning? If you cannot source it, remove it, as it is speculation.
Changed
Please elaborate a little bit more. You mention him and the others landing on the planet out of nowhere.
This remains.
Better?
Bio: You should mention that Poggle is Archduke of Geonosis. That's more specific as "Confederate Leader" who is in fact Dooku.
Done
Bio: Please mention that Offee is Unduli's Padawan.
Added
Bio: facility to destroy its main reactor, an effort that would result in the destruction of the foundry: Find a synonym for one of the "destroy"-words.
Completed
Bio: Context for the Super tanks. That helps to point out what "ray-shielded" is.
Added
Good job, but please state that the ray-shields made the tanks invulnerable against the Republic weapons.
Done
Bio: Draa and a detachment of troopers rendezvoused with their Jedi commanders on the opposite side of the canyon.: How?
Added
Bio: Did he really use both DCs? I recall only seing him with one during the battle, but I may be mistaken.
He used both, When he arives first on Dooku Boot he has a DC-15S blaster. However, when he is marching on the droid foundry he is seen with a DC-15A blaster rifle.
BtS: You can use the mistakenly recalled line as quote for this section.
Added
Checked all sources? StarWars.com Encyclopedia, SW Insiders, the Comics. As a note: You can take a look at the sources list in the battle article. Any mention of Draa is likely in these sources.
Started looking through the sources but I'll continue later.
Finished collecting sources. Could you take a look at the Clone wars adventure one, because it looks weird. 501st Dogma(Comlink) 17:08, March 12, 2012 (UTC)
Taken care of.
I'll continue once you dealt with these. Clone Commander LeeTalk 10:03, March 11, 2012 (UTC)
Thanks so much for the review! 501st Dogma(Comlink) 14:09, March 11, 2012 (UTC)
Review, Part 2
Intro: You can still state a little bit more about the foundry fight in the intro, e.g. that they encountered super tanks and their mission was to "cover" the destruction carried out by Offee and Tano.
Expanded
Bio: In 21 BBY, Geonosis, site of the first battle in the Clone Wars, once again began to produce battle droids for the Separatist Droid Army.: Two problems here. First you need to mention that Geonosis is a planet and also I don not believe that the planet started producing droids.
Fixed
Good, but please say that the Geonosians produced the droids.
Done.
Bio: Context for the Ray Shielded Fortress.
Added
Bio: Context for Droideka and the AT-TEs.
Done
P&T: His Hasbro entry mentions he carries a blaster pistol. This needs to be added.
Done
I would recall to ask someone else to give the article another copy-edit. Master Jonathan would be a good choice. Clone Commander LeeTalk 15:46, March 11, 2012 (UTC)
Good job, I'll give it a final look tomorrown. Clone Commander LeeTalk 17:38, March 12, 2012 (UTC)
Thanks again for thoroughly going over the article. I'll contact Master Jonathan after you've gone over it tomorrow. 501st Dogma(Comlink) 18:34, March 12, 2012 (UTC)
Review, part 3
Give a little bit context for the lead quote.
Contexted
Led by Unduli and Skywalker, Draa and the troops marched to attack the Droid factory head on via a bridge, in an effort to distract the enemy as the Padawans infiltrated the foundry via the catacombs underneath the facility to sabotage its main reactor, an effort that would result in the destruction of the foundry.: Please change of the "via"s.
Done
He also sported a DC-15s side arm blaster. His helmet sported the color of the 41st Elite Corps, green: Two times sported, change one.
I'm pretty sure it was an error on the guide's part, but you would have to check something like the subtitles in the episode's release in The Complete Season Two to verify it. I'm not sure off-hand myself. Hope that helps. CC7567(talk) 06:33, March 15, 2012 (UTC)
To be honest, it doesn't really hurt to delete the redirect. It was created — means someone has used that as a search word. Cheers, 1358(Talk) 15:01, April 1, 2012 (UTC)

Could you tell me if the bio for Wedge in the Essential Guide to Warfare contains any new info at all? I can't afford to buy it and can't get it through the library. Since you added it to the article, I assume you have access to it. Thanks in advance. —MJ—Council ChambersTuesday, April 3, 2012, 15:25 UTC
I'm baaaaaaack! Another user slapped an update tag for Warfare on Wedge Antilles, and has ignored my message requesting the new info. Could you take a second look through it to see what's been missed? I would greatly appreciate it. —MJ—HolocommFriday, April 13, 2012, 00:41 UTC
Essential Guide to Warfare info for Zuckuss and 4-LOM, if any? Edit
I intend to get the book tomorrow, if I can, but until then... Is there any information in the Essential Guide to Warfare for Zuckuss and/or 4-LOM that I need to be aware of? Thanks. Trak NarRamble on 03:30, April 6, 2012 (UTC)
Thanks! I just ordered the book today, so I'll be getting it next week. So, it seems to be a bit of regurgitated information that has long since been addressed and essentially a picture-only source? Trak NarRamble on 03:46, April 7, 2012 (UTC)
Thanks for double-checking on that! :) Trak NarRamble on 03:12, April 10, 2012 (UTC)
Hey, Dogma, do you have the Essential Guide to Warfare? If you do (or even if you don't), do you want to join WookieeProject Warfare? The Guide has so much info, and it'll take a lot of people to get all of the info into the wiki.
Just sign your name to the project page if you want to join. Thanks! —CadeCalrayn 03:50, April 7, 2012 (UTC)
If you have the Guide, you can tell there's a great deal of work to be done. The Guide has introduced a great deal of new characters, events, ships, and other information, and it's gonna take some work to get it all in the wiki. A major issue that we have to resolve is the new exact dates for all of the conflicts that the Guide has introduced. Many of these conflicts had approximate dates before the Guide was released, and we have to remedy these articles to reflect the new information.
If you have any questions or comments, head on over to the forums or let me know on my talk page. Take a look around the project page, and good luck editing!
Hey, Dogma. I'm guessing that it's because you have two links to your user page in the signature, where you should only have one. Take one of those links out, and it should be set. If not, feel free to let me know, and I'll try something else. Cheers.—Cal Jedi(Personal Comm Channel) 21:07, April 26, 2012 (UTC)
Definitely. I'm glad it worked. Let me know if you need anything else.—Cal Jedi(Personal Comm Channel) 21:16, April 26, 2012 (UTC)
I'm afraid I'm not following what you're saying. Your signature picture is actually visible in the Recent Changes?—Cal Jedi(Personal Comm Channel) 23:44, April 27, 2012 (UTC)
Hmm. I'm not seeing it. Are you using Monobook or Wikia skin?—Cal Jedi(Personal Comm Channel) 23:47, April 27, 2012 (UTC)
Ok. First off, I suggest you use the MonoBook, since that is the official skin of Wookieepedia. It makes things much more clear and easier to use. Secondly, your signature pic isn't showing up on the Recent Changes, but in the Wiki Activity. If you use MonoBook, the Wiki Activity is no longer accessible, and you use Recent Changes in its stead. Thus, problem solved. However, if you don't want to change skins, I can only think of one thing that might be causing it. Since your picture is first in your sig and not in the middle of the signature code, the Wiki Activity might be recognizing it as a file, rather than part of the signature. Does that all make sense?—Cal Jedi(Personal Comm Channel) 00:06, April 28, 2012 (UTC)
Yeah. Most users on Wookieepedia use MonoBook. Let me know if you need anything else. Cheers.—Cal Jedi(Personal Comm Channel) 00:14, April 28, 2012 (UTC)
I believe that 3 BBY would be the correct date, because the purpose of that particular infobox field is to give the date of the ship's earliest chronological appearance, not the date of its first appearance in canon. Good luck with improving the article! --Jinzler 21:03, April 29, 2012 (UTC)
Hey 501st, I saw that every time you sign your post, the image in your sig appears in the recent changes. Are you using wikitext in your signature, or are you just referencing User:501st_dogma/Sig? CadeCalrayn 23:54, April 29, 2012 (UTC)
Hrmm... I don't what caused the problem, but I just enclosed the Review section in <!-- --> brackets. Good work on your nominations! CadeCalrayn 00:07, May 2, 2012 (UTC)
I don't know, I've never read the source material. Sounds like the article states the speculation pretty clear but it might still be a matter of opinion. <-Omicron(Leave a message at the BEEP!) 00:09, May 2, 2012 (UTC)
Kind of iffy, I would bring it up in the project forum and see what the community has to say. <-Omicron(Leave a message at the BEEP!) 01:10, May 2, 2012 (UTC)

Yeah, I use monobook. And you should too! It'll fix your problem. Menkooroo 20:33, May 16, 2012 (UTC)
Hey, Dogma. Comet is all set to be nominated to FAN whenever you want. Also, excuse me for butting into the above conversation about the skins, but I would encourage you to change to Monobook. When I first joined Wookieepedia, I used the Wikia skin for around a year. So, it was really hard to get used to Monobook. However, I have no regrets and thoroughly enjoy the Monobook now. Just thought I'd give you my thoughts on it. :) Cheers.—Cal Jedi(Personal Comm Channel) 21:30, May 16, 2012 (UTC)
Yeah. When I first switched, it took me quite a while to get used to where everything was at, and I actually switched between skins several times. I, too, thought that Monobook was missing some things, but it actually pretty much has everything important plus more; it just takes time to find it all and figure out how to execute it to its fullest extent. If you stick with it, I can almost guarantee you'll be thoroughly enjoying it soon.—Cal Jedi(Personal Comm Channel) 21:37, May 16, 2012 (UTC)

Hey dogma, just FYI, rule #6 of "How to nominate" on the GAN states that a nominator can only have up to your nominations at a time on the page. You currently have eight. Hello, <insert name here>, this is Exiled Jedi, and I am here to tell you that barn-burner 4 has been extended into June. We have currently passed three comprehensive articles, and have four featured article nominations and eight good article nominations. So if you have the time, stop by and review some of the articles for the barn-burner. Have a nice day, and happy editing!--Exiled Jedi(Greetings) 13:49, June 7, 2012 (UTC)
Why did you flag the article about the Unidentified astromech droid (Aleen) for speedy deletion? Yes, the droid did nothing notable in the episode, but it did have a unique color scheme which set it apart from other astromechs, not to mention he was not part of any crowd, there were only a few droids on the ship. Hey, so sorry I didn't respond to your message. I saw it late at night, and I've been completely consumed in thisproject. Just for the record, I agree with your decision. Hopefully, I'll be done with this soon, and can get back to other stuff. CadeCalrayn 22:12, June 28, 2012 (UTC)
It received a paragraph on page 146 of the New Essential Chronology which goes as follows:
The New Republic at last captured Kuat, giving access to the system's unparalaled shipbuilding docks, though damage to the yards was so extensive that new construction was delayed indefinitely. Unfortunately, the Kuat Drive Yards design team scaped to the Deep Core aboard the half-completed warship Eclipse. But with the seizure of Kuat and its subsidary systems, the New Republic controlled three quarters of the settled galaxy.
That's all there is unless its referenced later in the book, which doesn't seem very likely to me. Happy to help!--Exiled Jedi(Greetings) 17:12, July 3, 2012 (UTC)
Hmmm, it might have some differences, I know I've seen some large differences between some of the other Essential and New Essential guides. I'm not sure who has a copy of the Essential Chronology though, sorry.--Exiled Jedi(Greetings) 18:19, July 3, 2012 (UTC)
No, it doesn't refer to it as the Fourth battle of Kuat.--Exiled Jedi(Greetings) 19:26, July 4, 2012 (UTC)

Sorry, dogma, I was at work. I would have responded, but by the time I got to my computer and a copy of the EGW, my professor came in and wanted to talk. Yeah, I'll trust your judgement on this, I took a cursory glance at the page in question and made a judgement call without considering the other white dots. Woops. I've kind of been occupied in a disagreement with Hk 47 over a battle placement for most of the afternoon. CadeCalrayn 22:09, July 16, 2012 (UTC)
Hello 501st Dogma, I saw you are interested in one day nominating Hume Tarl as an FAN. Just wanted to let you know that you should note something in the BTS: The CCG card says he took part in hijacking the Tantive IV, but canonically all the at least lower ranking stormtroopers were Jango Fett clones in the 501st Legion. My own personal speculation: as LieutenantDaine Jir and CommanderNahdonnis Praji were non-clone officers of the 501st, my guess is then it is only those lower than Sergeant who were exclusively clones. In any case, should Hume Tarl be considered affiliated with the 501st? Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 01:12, July 16, 2012 (UTC)
Addendum: I realized that Hume Tarl served six years in Tempest Force, and therefore had to have been part of that legion during the time of the Tantive IV attack. Perhaps he might have at least temporarily also been a part of the 501st? Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 01:17, July 16, 2012 (UTC)
Hello Dogma in response to your message to Borsk, Tarl is I think pictured in that, and it says "the stormtroopers reckoned without the resourcefulness of the Rebel Commandos..." as seen here. I believe that image of the page shows Tarl's lower legs, and the page itself might have been cut off at the top. Take a look at it yourself, and see if that description should count as a mention too for Tarl or not. Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 18:42, July 25, 2012 (UTC)

Found him a few things and added them to the Appearances list. In the Marvel issue (Return of the Jedi 4: The Final Duel), there's a speech bubble that looks like it's pointing to Tarl. There's a slight chance it could be pointing to the stormtrooper in the faded background behind him, but since Tarl is highlighted in the foreground, I think it's pointing to him. It says:

I think that Episode II of the Radio Drama is where the info is likely to come from. It doesn't mention the Battle of Kattada, but it does feature the Battle of Raltiir. You can find it in three parts herehere and here. Episode III features Leia taking the Tantive IV to Toprawa, so that might be relevant too. The entire radio drama is fantastic; definitely give the whole thing a lesson some time. Menkooroo (talk) 19:12, August 11, 2012 (UTC)

As you may have noticed the article isn't credited at all to me. I only aimed to improve the big mess that was there, considerably reducing the spelling and grammatical mistakes. Sure I did some mistakes myself, mostly because I didn't revise my own edit. But anyway, I'd appreciate you being more respectful, especially when you're not that good in grammar yourself. It's the second time you whine about that topic's grammar yet you did nothing about it. So please consider this and even maybe take a look at that messy article and help as well as it is our common interest to improve the Wookie overall. Hey, dogma. It's September, and you're officially the Wookieepedian of the Month! Thanks for all of your hard work so far. You definitely deserve this.
I'm not sure if you've ever seen Wookieepedia's NewsNet (it's about halfway down the Main Page on the right side), but I like to interview the WOTM every month and then publish the interview on our Main Page. Would you be interested in doing an interview? We could do it here on your talk page or via e-mail. Let me know! And congrats again! Menkooroo (talk) 03:09, September 2, 2012 (UTC)
Congratulations! How does it feel to be the WOTM and to have your name on the Main Page?
It feels good!
You became a very active Wookieepedian some time around the end of last year. What attracted you to editing here? What still attracts you today?
Prior to editing the Wook, I had known about it for half a year or so. However, I only started editing after I discovered some content that had not been updated from a TCW episode that had aired the previous night. After beginning, I quickly became addicted attracted to Wookieepedia because it has everything related to Star Wars. Today, I edit because I'm still addicted attracted to expanding Wookieepedia even further.
Out of everything you've done so far on Wookieepedia, of what are you the most proud?
So far, 11-4D! He took me a couple weeks to write, and it's what I consider my first major contribution to the Wook.
Do you have some advice for anyone considering become an active member of the community? Any personal experiences to share?
Patience and perseverance go a long way, as new members tend to make a lot of mistakes as they start to discover the Wook and edit. However, if the new editors stick around and keep editing, those mistakes will be fixed over time. New members on the Wook will most likely have they're edits reverted for one reason or another, but that happens to everybody, so don't worry about it. My first edit on the Wook was reverted by JangFett.
A lot of the articles you've nominated for Featured, Good, and Comprehensive status have come from the recent Essential Guide to Warfare. What is it that makes that book so interesting?
The Essential Guide's are great reads, and Warfare is no exception. The book's great because it practically gives a complete overview of the Star Wars universe from the beginning to the end, and has quite a bit of good new content for canon. Jason Fry is a great writter, and I'am looking forward to the next guide!
What are some of your other favourite works of the Expanded Universe? Also, favourite characters?
Darth Plagueis is a great work, and a favourite from my small collection. Besides that, I like Imperial period works. Best character from EU? D'harhan is pretty sweet, and Gilad Pellaeon's just awesome.
Tell us about your relationship with The Clone Wars. Your name comes from one of its characters, but your user page declares your hatred for it.
It's complicated. When I started out on the Wook, I had limited knowledge of the EU, with most of my "exposure" to Star Wars being from the movies, and TCW. I started out and named myself after Dogma. Today, I still watch the episodes, and enjoy the graphics, but find the way the shows steps all over existing canon extremly annoying and stupid. In particular, I hate how they brough Maul back, and how the're killing off Adi Gallia in season five, as she is supposed to be killed by Grievous at Boz Pity.
What do you think the future holds for the Star Wars franchise?
I think there will be more TV serieses coming about in the near future, besides the ones already announced. It looks like Lucas films is discovering how successful TV serieses are, and hopefuly Star Wars: Underworld lives up to the movies. Besides TV, Star Wars books still have a lot of content to cover and will not be running out of ideas any time soon.
Will Wookieepedia keep playing a role in that future?
Of course!
Enough about the future --- how about the past? Tell us your "How I discovered Star Wars" story.
I discovered Star Wars after my parents purchased the orignial trilogy. We watched that qucikly, and then preceeded to purchase the prequels. I was hooked from the beginning.
In what are you more interested --- the prequels, or the original trilogy?
The prequels. Revenge if the Sith was awesome!
What's next for you on Wookieepedia?
The Far Orbit Project project! No, this is not copying Cavalier's Darkstryder project, it's simply going improve the Far Orbit part of this wiki as it's lacking.
Feel free to answer in as many or as few words as you'd like. And be sure to let me know if there are any pictures you want included! Otherwise I'll choose 'em myself; gwahaha. Congratulations again! Menkooroo (talk) 10:01, September 3, 2012 (UTC)

Hello Dogma, I saw in Hume Tarl at one point in the article you wrote Tempest Force as "Tempest Legion." Did Warfare ever refer to Tempest Force as Tempest Legion, or was that a mistake? I refrained from making any edits because I wasn't sure if it was your intention to call it that name. Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 21:26, October 10, 2012 (UTC)
Hey Dogma. When working on those kinds of articles, its not about figuring out the canon path, but the assumed path. Generally, one option in the adventure will be the most prominent, the most well explained, and the assumption is that this is the path that players will follow, and the path that the gamemaster will attempt to lead them down. Other related adventures may well assume that the players complete a previous adventure in a certain way as well, which can give you an indication. When you are figuring out the assumed path, placing {{RPGseed}} and {{Endgame}} around the necessary section clearly marks those passages as "assuming the players take a certain path." Of course, other options are given, and these should be noted in the BTS, and when multiple options for an encounter are given, it is sometimes better to be vague about the actual events but supply the resolution. Generally, like video games, the "best path" is usually the safest to assume, as long as it is clearly marked by the RPG templates.
To illustrate my point, I will use two examples from DarkStryder: in Shintel Downtime, one of the main plot points is that the FarStar will have its hyperdrive destroyed by a computer program triggering a booby trap in the vessel. Sure, there is a way to avoid it, but the adventure pretty much states that the players will be unable to resist the series of events that leads up to installing the program. At this point, there are two options; limp to Tanquilla Beach for repairs, or send for help from Gandle Ott. The adventure continues on the assumption that the players go to Tanquilla Beach, and the following adventure, Crisis, even refers to theses events, effectively nullifying the optional choices. The other is the character of Akanseh, the ship's doctor. In the first book, it is noted that the doctor could, at some point, make a sacrifice to save a lot of people to atone for past actions. Players were under no obligation to do this, however, but the third book in the series wrote him out in the first adventure by having him stay at a medical facility to treat prisoners. We assume that the "true path" there is that Akanseh left the ship as described in the third book.
I'm not saying its easy. Sometimes it takes multiple read-throughs to figure out the best assumed path, and you may have to factor in later adventures or even later sources that might refer to the event. I hope that helps, I'll be happy to help with an specific questions you have. - Cavalier One(Squadron channel) 08:23, October 11, 2012 (UTC)
DarkStryder doesn't have many, but they are there. Brolsam is one I can think of off the top of my head that uses a scenario hook. There's no problem including information from scenario hooks in articles, as long as its templated correctly as you indicated. Since its an adventure hook, you have to be sure to be vague about details such as the outcome since scenario hooks never really define them. - Cavalier One(Squadron channel) 22:30, October 13, 2012 (UTC)

Yeah. I had difficulties getting on when I first tried to get on IRC. It's actually fairly simple. If you're using Firefox, then all you have to do is download and use Chatzilla, an IRC client. Otherwise, you can just use the default one by typing your username (without spaces, so like 501st_dogma) into the box. Once you've joined, you have to register with NickServ. I don't completely remember what exactly to type, but if you join #wookieepedia-social, then someone in there can help you out if I'm not on.—Cal Jedi(Personal Comm Channel) 20:47, October 24, 2012 (UTC)

No worries. It's not a bother. I'm going to get on my laptop and see if I can get on and sort this out.—Cal Jedi(Personal Comm Channel) 22:18, October 24, 2012 (UTC)
Okay. I found the commands. These are them. Basically, you need to type /msg NickServ REGISTER password email-address. Then, it should send you a confirming email. After confirming, you can type /msg NickServ IDENTIFY password to login. After that, you should be all set. I'm currently on #wookieepedia-social, so go ahead and ping me once you're done with that.—Cal Jedi(Personal Comm Channel) 22:31, October 24, 2012 (UTC)

Hello dogma, I came to inform you that due to a mistake of my all I told you about Coh Veshiv and Ronnan Tyla Vedij isn't correct info. Apparently I've had the (Unofficial) Star Wars Encyclopedia all along, instead of the real SWE. Sorry for the trouble. I've noticed that you have references from it in Ronnan's article and though that cannot be, I must remind you that though the Unofficial SWE isn't official, and its content not relevant to the Wookiee, they don't make up content out of tin air, so if the info is there, you'll most likely find it in your original (or other) source. Winterz (talk) 02:36, November 17, 2012 (UTC)
It seems fine except for the last three sentences of the history section, which go a little too far away from the Home Planet Party. I would suggest trimming it down to say that Xanatos tricked her into planting ion bombs all over the planet, but the plot was foiled by Qui-Gon and Obi Wan who disabled the bombs and discovered VeerTa's betrayal, which led to her arrest. The rest seems necessary to me, since it pertains to the Home Planet Party mine.--Exiled Jedi(Greetings) 01:04, December 1, 2012 (UTC)

Thanks. The instructions indicated otherwise, but I could have misread them. —GethralkinHyperwave 14:16, December 18, 2012 (UTC)

Hey, Dogma. I was hoping you could come onto IRC so we could talk over a few things real quick. I'm on currently, if you can stop by. Otherwise, let me know when a good time for you would be. Thanks.—Cal Jedi(Personal Comm Channel) 02:36, December 20, 2012 (UTC)
Hello 501st dogma! As you may know, I've been working on the Bail Antilles article in the framework of the ongoing Fifth Barn-Burner. I'm not quite certain it will be ready for nomination before December ends, but I still wish to try. I am not sure you usually agree to do it, but I'd like to know if you could give Bail's article a copy-edit. It hasn't been touched by a native speaker of English since I started expanding it drastically, and I fear there must be many problems. Also, if you agree, I'd be glad to hear your opinion on the article in its current state. Regards. --LelalMekha (talk) 20:33, December 26, 2012 (UTC)
Thank you for your time, Dogma. "Reduced group" was obviously a calque of the French idiom groupe réduit, which should be something like "core group". I'll try and get it done, but I doubt I can achieve that. Do you think it would be more like GA or FA material? --LelalMekha (talk) 22:16, December 28, 2012 (UTC)
Hey Dogma; sorry for the late-ish reply, but Christmas holidays limited my time. Looking over the article, I think the direction is correct with one minor detail; you mention that a "raid" is definitely established to take place. I believe you are refering to the mention in the quick-start guide, yes? If so, I would contend that in this context, "raid" could also mean the successful infiltration of the ship while posing as Imperial officials. This would mean that the "best" scenario of duping everyone could be achieved. Also, I noticed some missing minor details, like no mention of Norceps Prime, etc, that needs to be included. - Cavalier One(Squadron channel) 20:51, December 29, 2012 (UTC)

Hey dogma, sure I accept your nomination although I haven't been a very active editor and I really don't see myself as a WOTM. Happy new year. Winterz (talk) 17:03, January 1, 2013 (UTC)
Aha, it works! Check out the coding. The brackets and exclamation mark usually work in templates when adding an extra vertical line doesn't. I use it a lot in {{HasbroCite}}, such as here (check out the coding used for the "Revenge of the Sith" toy line). Anyway, enjoy! Menkooroo (talk) 03:49, January 2, 2013 (UTC)

This user has been named a Wookiee Leader for their effective organization of a large-scale project or effort within Wookieepedia.
Dogma! Thanks so much for leading the barn-burner. While the project is by its nature a community-fueled one, it still takes that extra bit of leadership to be set up, kicked off, and maintained. I was really glad to see you volunteer to do it, and I hope to see you participating in many more to come. Thanks again! Menkooroo (talk) 10:42, January 18, 2013 (UTC)
Per what is stated above, your incredible work with the Project Far Orbit and countless CAN, GAN and FAN reviews, here a wookieecookiee ;) Winterz (talk) 11:46, January 18, 2013 (UTC)
Sorry for the late reply Dogma; I've been moving around a fair bit this last week and have only just got access to my copy of the Far Orbit Project. The info for the scenario hook is fine, but I think you need to add the part about the possibility of a test, either incorporated into the article itself, or in the BTS. Also, I would add in those skills that Puullo possesses in his RPG stats to the PT. As for the two speed ratings - the 330 is the vessel's Move rating, which is a gameplay mechanic so you don't need to worry about it. 950 is the ship's top speed. Armament crew means there are two crew per weapon. - Cavalier One(Squadron channel) 20:51, January 20, 2013 (UTC)

I considered it once, and did a little work on Omens a few years back, but didn't really do anything with it since OOC stuff doesn't really interest me. I might go back and try it again one day, but not any time soon I imagine. As for how to present such an article, I'd suggest following the OOU Layout Guide, as well as checking out the admittedly limited number of OOU status articles we have. There are a couple of users who work in the OOU field with some success, so their opinions would be good to get. Hope that helps! - Cavalier One(Squadron channel) 18:38, February 4, 2013 (UTC)
Hey, Dogma. Sorry for the late response. I was taking some time to try to figure out what to do --- the truth is, I've been lazily putting off getting the OOU Layout Guide for novels/comics/RPG adventures etc. finalized and into a CT for about two years now. The four OOU FAs I've written on published narrative works --- Agents of Chaos Duology, Into the Great Unknown, Star Wars: Legacy 23: Loyalties, Part 1, and Or Die Trying were all modeled after the precedent established by Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (comics), that puts the Development/Conception/Production sections before the plot summary. I CT'd that layout two years ago, put public opinion was that the plot summary section should come first. The Manual of Style supports that layout, as well. I really should get that into a CT soon, but for now, I would suggest that you follow the Manual of Style in the absence of anything in the Layout Guide. Alternatively, you could use my four articles as a guide, with the following important changes:
Put the Plot summary and the Characters sections before the "Development" section.
If you include the "Characters" section, don't include the OOU paragraph. Only include an IU one.
Let me know if you need any more. I'll try to cook up the CT soon so we can set in stone how this should be done. Menkooroo (talk) 18:19, February 8, 2013 (UTC)
I'm writing this to you on behalf of the entire Inquisitorius. At our recent meeting, we discussed the current lack of non-INQs who are actively involved in reviewing on the FAN page, and we decided that the best solution was to simply appeal to people to review more. This first paragraph is being sent verbatim to a whole bunch of people, but the following one is being written specifically for you.
I love the reviewing you do on the CAN and GAN pages. You give great reviews over there, and I think you could give similarly great reviews over on the FAN page. I know that you do review on the FAN page every now and then, but I think that you nom articles often enough that reciprocating the reviews a little more frequently wouldn't be amiss. You do great work here on the Wook, and in the INQ's quest to kick-start the somewhat-stagnant FAN page, we'd love to have you be a key player in what I hope will be a reviewing revolution. Cheers, and have a great day! Menkooroo (talk) 07:14, February 11, 2013 (UTC)

Hey! I would recommend giving the article a "Development" section, and moving the info from the "current" media section to there instead. Also indicate when the book was published. As for the infobox image, a scan of the title usually works best (see Into the Great Unknown and Or Die Trying for examples). I'm going to propose the Layout Guide for these things within the week. Menkooroo (talk) 16:03, February 24, 2013 (UTC)
Based on this, you'll have to. If you source Hunter/Hunted, it'll come up bolded instead of a link (see ref [1] in Or Die Trying). Menkooroo (talk) 16:21, February 24, 2013 (UTC)

Another change: Per the discussion section, "Cast" has been changed to "Credits" and will now include crewmembers as well. Menkooroo (talk) 04:28, March 10, 2013 (UTC)
The next change is an aesthetic one about image alignment in the "Main characters" section. Take a look. Menkooroo (talk) 04:04, March 17, 2013 (UTC)

Looking at it, I think the gunners are probably meant to be 3, but that my opinion. I would not specify the skeleton crew gunners in the infobox or description, but I would detail the error in the BTS. If you can find stats for a CR90 in another game book that lists a similar crew/gunner size then you could make a comparison. Might be a little tough since CR90s are known to have a fluctuating crew count between 30 and about 165 depending on the configuration. - Sir Cavalier of One(Squadron channel) 15:54, March 6, 2013 (UTC)
