Thanks a million Atarumaster! Once I finish Shadow Hunter I'll have to start from the beginning. Any feedback on the novels or authors? Are any too cheesy to bother with or are they generally all worth it. I am impressed by Reaves so far. Also, are you familiar with the PC games coming out? I have Empire at War (I am a total RPG geek), but was curious if the story lines of that or other games currently out actually follow the stories and timelines already in place with any accuracy? Thanks for the info, I read the 2 Lost Tribe of the Sith online stories and was not very impressed. I really liked Reaves' book "Shadow Hunter" and found the Lucerno short story "Sabateur" entertaining enough. I'll check out the other authors you suggested for sure. Have you read the Darth Bane books? I'm considering reading those next, but am wondering if you have an opinion of Karpyshyn's stuff? --EL`PANTALON 18:12, November 2, 2009 (UTC)

Hey Ataru, I have read the first 2 Darth Bane books and was quite impressed. I am nearly through with Death troopers and am extremely impressed. I was in complete agreement with the authors you suggested and those you advised against, so I believe we are on the same page. That said, you would probably enjoy the work of Karpyshyn and Schreiber... both very dark authors, but their style's are quite applicable to the subject matter. Hey Ataru, it took some searching, but I found the mention on page 184. Roly Melusar was addressing the commandos about hunting more Force-users than just Jedi; the quote as follows:

Melusar paused and wrote the words ANTARIAN — JEDI REJECTS — JAL SHEY — FORCE-USERS OR NOT? like a shopping list reminder to get back to those topics later. "Not sure about all their philosophy, but they allow marriage and have families, so there definitely wasn't a meeting of minds between Yoda and Altis."
