[edit] Devaron Padawan

Wow. I made myself laugh as soon as you pointed that out. I guess that's what happens when you wake up extra late and get overexcited by reading a new online comic. Sigh. Thanks for fixing my ridiculous mistake.--Demos Traxen 18:34, October 3, 2009 (UTC)

  • I didn't point it out, JMAS did. I just deleted stuff. -- Darth Culator (Talk) 18:51, October 3, 2009 (UTC)
    • Well, either way. Thanks for covering up my embarrassing mistake.--Demos Traxen 19:06, October 3, 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Center Channel

Mind letting me know what process or program you use to isolate the center channel like that? - JMAS Hey, it's me! 20:22, October 4, 2009 (UTC)

  • First, I only use native MPEG2 files either from DVD or digital cable. From them, I demux the AC3 audio stream and discard the video stream. A number of programs for this can be found here. Then I use Foobar2000 with the AC3 decoder component to convert the AC3 to a 5.1 WAV. Adobe Audition can then open the 5.1 WAV file and discard the unneeded channels. -- Darth Culator (Talk) 20:37, October 4, 2009 (UTC)

[edit] RE: Ropal

Not an interference at all, and thank you for the note. I probably should have been smart enough not to add the other one in the first place. Many thanks. Darth Trayus (Trayus Academy) 02:47, October 6, 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Protection

Thanks for the talk page and user page protection. That guy's been doing this since May. I'd said to myself awhile back that I was surprised he never did anything to my pages here, but I figured he wasn't that stupid. Seems he proved me wrong in the stupid arena. Just as a head's up, this guy has a history of also going after people who've protected my pages or reverted his edits, so (while I know you don't care and will probably get a kick out of it) he may hit yours too. Anyway, thanks again. - Brandon Rhea (talk) 18:34, October 8, 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Marvel request

A substitute request for the two-page Tarkin spread that apparently didn't work. On the third page or so of Star Wars 52: To Take The Tarkin, there's a horizontal panel where Luke and co. are already aboard the Tarkin and run into a stormtrooper patrol for the first time. The caption reads "Or in this case, what will find them!" And Luke says, "Oh, uh, Imperial stormtroopers! W-what a nice surprise!" Thanks. Toprawa and Ralltiir 02:59, October 11, 2009 (UTC)

  • Done. The other image just wasn't practical. Not because I mind splitting the binding or because it's too difficult to stitch, but because there's just so much clutter on those pages that I'd feel compelled to try to photoshop out. -- Darth Culator (Talk) 20:45, October 11, 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Battlefront I edit

why did you change the edits I made back to the way Mauser had it? the BTS section was needed in the article see Mauser's talk page here: http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/User_talk:Mauser#Blocked_2 on number 35 He and I discussed it. I also contacted an administrator see our discussion here http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/User_talk:AdmirableAckbar#edit_war_w.2F_Mauser its number 168

I don't understand I joined wookiepedia in order to help make a website that I love even better. The Guide to making articles says that the BTS section is where pertaining retcons should be mentioned Battlefront I had an inconsistency it was retconned I removed it from the inconsistency section and added a bit about it in the BTS section. I'll be honest joining wookiepedia hasn't been the funnest thing I've done people like Mauser just ruin the experience he's been blocked at least twice now and judging from his history he is a very aggressive editor I want to help contribute to this wiki but unfortunately some wookiepedians are ruining this experienceFlamingfool719 16:31, October 23, 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Hi

I was told to ask an admin about this. So I'm trying to get onto the Star Wars fanon, but it won't let me edit anything. It said I need to confirm my email. I send a confirmation code, but I'm still not getting an email. And I'm using the same account too. Would you know, why this is happening and can how you can possibly help me?--Dryden Zod · Talk 17:44, October 24, 2009 (UTC)

  • I honestly have no idea. You're dealing with a Wikia issue, not a Wookieepedia issue. -- Darth Culator (Talk) 21:27, October 24, 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Leia

Darth Vader only u could b so bold, ok i'm kidding, but i was wondering why u locked Leia's page?--Princess Leia Organa Skywalker Solo 11:03, October 27, 2009 (UTC) P.S. Please answer on my talk page.

[edit] Unidentified Sith (Sacking of Coruscant)

According to Star Wars Insider 113, this Sith is a Sith Lord. Should the article's title be changed to reflect this? I'd do it myself, but it's locked.--Jedi Kasra (comlink) 18:56, November 3, 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Death Star

Hello. I would like to know where exactly in Rebellion Era Campaign Guide is noted that Death Star's official name is "DS-1 Orbital Battle Station". Could you help me about page number? I tried to look for this by myself but I couldn't find it. So I'd be very grateful for answering me. Also, I would like to know from where exactly are informations about Geonosian Industries and these "initial technical design of the Death Star" thing, but I assume I should ask about that on article's talk page. Greetings from Poland! Sky Ossus 06:03, November 6, 2009 (UTC)

  • Page 81: "Although the Imperial HoloNet reports that Alderaan was destroyed by Rebel saboteurs who boarded the DS-1 Orbital Battle Station and triggered its main weapon during its first official unveiling, several eyewitnesses to the disaster report that the so-called "Death Star" ignored distress messages from ships damaged in the tragedy and jumped out of the system without so much as launching a single TIE fighter to look for survivors. A few such eyewitnesses either vanish or abruptly amend their accounts, suggesting that they have been silenced by the Empire for contradicting the official version of events." Given that this is expressly stated to be the "official version of events" and "Death Star" is even in quotation marks, it indicates that this is as official a name as we will ever get. As for the Geonosian thing, I have no idea. -- Darth Culator (Talk) 22:54, November 7, 2009 (UTC)

[edit] AbuseFilter

Hey. After seeing this edit in the RCs, you might want to update this filter to trigger on [[Special:Contributions/ also, since anon signatures don't currently trigger the filter. Thanks. —Master Jonathan(Jedi Council Chambers) 19:37, November 7, 2009 (UTC)

  • Good idea. I've implemented the change. -- Darth Culator (Talk) 22:54, November 7, 2009 (UTC)
