Nice introduction Falmarin. Btw, I am also from the year of 1984 and do hope that by reading through this Wookieepedia, you can come to accept the prequel trilogy a little better. -- Riffsyphon1024 05:38, 16 Jun 2005 (UTC)

  • Thanks, don't get me wrong though, I still like the prequels. OK, bad analogy time; lets say the Star Wars movies are cakes. One cake, the original trilogy, tastes ust fine and fills me right up. The other cake, the prequel trilogy, tastes alright as well, but doesn't fill me up as much and gives me an unsettling aftertaste. Man, I'm freaking hungry now. (oh yeah, thanks for the earlier great as well) -- Falmarin 05:46, 16 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Image LanguageEdit

I'm not sure if you noticed, but the image File:Xwalliance.jpg that you just uploaded is not exactly in english, looks more European but I can't make it out. See if there is a cover in English for our English Wookieepedia. -- Riffsyphon1024 05:54, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)

  • Ha! Well, I'll be damned! -- Falmarin 05:55, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)
    • Interesting, I haven't been able to find an english version of the original box, but I am finding quite a few images of the "classics" box, which would be more preferable - the 'classics' box in english, or the original looking box in another language? -- Falmarin 06:02, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)

X-Wing games Edit

Hi Falmarin

Just to tell you that X-Wing was my first introduction in Star Wars. I had seen of course the OT but i wasnt a fan, yet... As you may see, my main contributions are for the pc games and i am happy to know there is another enthusiast too.

See you around making entries about the best space simulators ever :) Farlander and Azzameen rule! 62.74.4.75 18:41, 23 Jun 2005 (UTC)

  • I agree, the X-Wing games were amazing - for me I was introduced to Star Wars via RotJ, which consequently had me hugely interested in flying one of them X-Wings. When I got X-Wing I was literally giddy with excitement - flipping through the manuals was amazing fun. The games had a certain elegant complexity which made you feel like you were actually piloting this starfighter, too bad that the Rogue Squadron games have taken over the Lucasarts space sim market - I would have loved to see another X-Wing game from Totally Games. -- Falmarin 19:27, 23 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Star Wars: Empire comics Edit

Hey Falmarin! I have a request concerning your recent purchase of a large number of issues in the Star Wars: Empire series of comics. Could you, as you read the issues, add plot summaries to the respective issue pages? I need all the help I can get there.

For an overview of the issues, see Star Wars Empire (comics). --Imperialles 19:39, 23 Jun 2005 (UTC)

  • Sure, I'm still waiting on them to come via Fedex and they are bound by volume, but it shouldn't be too hard to do what you ask. -- Falmarin 19:46, 23 Jun 2005 (UTC)
    • Great, thanks! The summaries needn't be long either, anything is better than nothing. --Imperialles 19:48, 23 Jun 2005 (UTC)

ListsEdit

In case you didn't know, you don't have to number your lists. You can simply do...

  • This!
    • And this!
