Problem reports, redux Edit
Done. For future reference, much confusion could have been avoided by being more specific in your problem report. "Entire page is fake information" comes off as someone complaining about something they know nothing about rather than someone reporting vandalism. Something like "page has been replaced with profanity" would have been much clearer. Or you could just fix the problem.
