Your templates and category were deleted because you didn't follow the proper procedure for making userboxes, as shown above. As said above, don't recreate them again upon your return. Go to WP:UP and make a proposal there. Also, you're blocked for approximately 3 days for breaking Wookieepedia policies after being warned to stop.
