[edit] Welcome Ol' Ben!Hello and welcome to Wookieepedia. I hope you like the place and choose to join our work. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wookieepedian! If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the Senate Hall, visit our official IRC channel, or ask me on my talk page. May the Force be with you! — —Silly Dan (talk) 21:41, 19 October 2006 (UTC) |
[edit] Duplicate images
All of the pictures you've so far uploaded are duplicates of images that have already been previously uploaded. Please do not upload duplicates. If you want to use an image on the site in an article or on your user page, use the original rather than uploading a duplicate. -- I need a name (Complain here) 21:04, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
- File:200px-Vaderd.jpg, File:250px-Obiwanprofile.jpg, File:250px-Tempest.jpg, File:250px-Vector Prime Cover.jpg and File:286px-Generalgrievous.jpg have been listed at Wookieepedia:Images and media for deletion. If you feel that these images should not be deleted, please go there to voice your opinion. -- I need a name (Complain here) 22:44, 23 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Sig
You may want to take a look at Forum:Restrictions on custom user signatures. I am afraid that your sig does not match our current guidelines.–SentryTalk 22:38, 6 November 2006 (UTC)
Oh sorry, I didn't see that page. How's this?--Ol' Ben My Chambers
- Would you check your sig again please? For some reason it puts the talk section on a new line, which is pretty annoying. Atarumaster88

- Looks great :) –SentryTalk 23:29, 8 November 2006 (UTC)
I don't know why it does that! See User: Ol' Ben/sig--Ol' Ben My Chambers 01:15, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
- I fixed it. If you add any extra spaces in the code, the sig will wrap. If you wish to add a non-breaking space, use ( ). –SentryTalk 04:01, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Template
I have moved the template that you created to User:Ol' Ben/Template:Dark/light. If you want to add it to a page, use the syntax:
{{User:Ol' Ben/Template:Dark/light}}
Cheers, SentryTalk 01:19, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
Please do not creating templates in the main template namespace which you only intend to use on your own user page. I deleted your lightsaber template and moved it to User:Ol' Ben/Template:Lightsaber. If you intend to include it in a page, use the following wiki markup:
{{User:Ol' Ben/Template:Lightsaber}}
–SentryTalk 03:00, 22 November 2006 (UTC)
Okay, this has happened three times now. Please stop making templates that you only intend to display on you own user page. The template namespace is reserved for templates that will be useful to the community as a whole. As such, either create template in the user namespace or simply place the relevant wiki markup directly onto your user page. Your "Lego Star Wars II" template has been deleted and moved to User:Ol' Ben/Template:Lego Star Wars II.–SentryTalk 21:04, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
Oh. Sorry. Didn't realize that! (P.S. I havn't been on here very much!)--Ol' BenMy Chambers 14:19, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
