Welcome to my talk page, please remain civil RC-1136 07:21, 14 April 2008 (EDT)

Deaths dates from LotJEdit

Okay I don't have the book. The death dates are constantly added to the page by the same person; they were up a month before the book even came out. My stance is, if he is so omnipotent as to know that they died, instead of threatening to block me why doesn't anyone just add information on how they die? Until that time I am going to consider it fanon and revert any edits adding them back without information. Purpilia 18:43, 12 May 2008 (UTC)

Have already adressed this on your talk page RC-1136 18:45, 12 May 2008 (UTC)

In regards to cheat codesEdit

There is a Star Wars Games Wiki that would be a better place to find and add this information. Just wanted to let you know. -- Riffsyphon1024 06:54, 28 June 2008 (UTC)

  • Thanks, think I'll hang around here :D RC-1136 Copy 06:55, 28 June 2008 (UTC)

Userpage Userbox Edit

Are you implying Etain has sexual intercourse with a Kowakian monkey-lizard? :-P Galen Marek 20px (Personal Comm) 21:36, 6 September 2008 (UTC)

Re:Revert Edit

The reason I reverted is because talk pages should be used to discuss changes to the article, not about the general subject. BobaFett's comment wasn't constructive in this regard and could easily have been answered by searching the wiki and reading the articles. It's not too uncommon for things like that to be reverted on talk pages. -- AdmirableAckbar (Talk) 18:55, 20 October 2008 (UTC)

  • Template:Talkheader outlines the policy on the use of talk pages. I'm not sure if there's a policy on reverting but it's something I've seen admins and others do. -- AdmirableAckbar (Talk) 19:00, 20 October 2008 (UTC)

Mission to Kashyyyk edit Edit

In Order 66 she leads them on part of the mission, though I am unfamiliar with the story that was established before hand. So I was hoping if I added it in there, it would be a starting point for other edits. As with other events in Order 66, some details have been changed and I am not completely sure how to go about modifying it. So, if you think it should be deleted, go for it and we can wait for someone who is familiar with both stories to blend it together. Either way works for me! Purpilia 20:32, 18 November 2008 (UTC)

Re: Atarumaster88's talk pageEdit

Hey. It was protected not to protect it necessarily from vandalism, but to keep it as an "admin only" discussion for the time being. If you have a complaint, concern, or grievance against the subject of that NB thread, then please create a thread of your own outlining what the problem is and how it may have been avoided. The administration, especially myself and a select few others, are always willing to help out with disputes. That being said, please do not abuse the NB to simply complain or make unfounded accusations about others -- simply put, that will not help your case. If you have a real genuine complaint about an administrator and their actions, and you have evidence that it clearly goes against our administrator policies and guidelines, then by all means raise the issue under your own power. Greyman(Talk) 17:05, 20 November 2008 (UTC)

  • Greyman said practically everything I would say. The fact that the thread was titled "An appeal to the administration" seems to indicate to me that its intended audience was the administration. Other than that, I stand by my locking of that page, but encourage you to bring any specific issues you have with a member of the administration with myself or Greyman in the form of a talk page message or e-mail. Cheers. Atarumaster88 20px (Talk page) 21:17, 20 November 2008 (UTC)
  • To be honest, it's not really my concern if you "strongly disagree" with what myself and Ataru have told you — what we have told you is the way things happen on Wookieepedia and will continue to happen with this type of thing, regardless of how one user out of many feel about it; there is plenty of precedent for this over the site's history. Also, if you personally have a grievance with Havac, either bring it up in a NB thread that you create, or bring it to the attention of an administrator via email or their talk page — as Ataru said, the specific thread you're harping about it was entitled "An appeal to the administration", not "An appeal to the administration and users". Please, if you feel the need to continue this because you feel that you, personally, were slighted in not being able to comment on that forum, please, by all means, contact Graestan, the administrator who created that thread and ask him if he meant it for the entire community to comment on or just the administration — I can guarantee you that he will tell you the administration only, and not the user base. Why? I know this because he told me so via IM, and that he appreciated Ataru locking it since he had forgotten to. And, yes, like you so cleverly stated, Ataru replying to your comment is the end of this; I only replied for Ataru since I knew for a fact, since he and I are good friends off of Wookieepedia as well as fellow administrators, that he wasn't around the site at the time you left him the message, but I knew why it had transpired the way it did and I thought that you would appreciate a timely response in Ataru's absence. Again, like I said before, and like the NB page itself says to anyone who looks at it, if you have a problem with an administrator, so Havac in this case, then create your own NB thread with evidence to back up your claims and that one, I can guarantee you will not be locked. If you have nothing further to say, or you don't feel that starting an NB thread regarding Havac is the right thing to do for you, then I'm glad to you agree that Ataru's reasoning is the "end of this story". Cheers, Greyman(Talk) 20:33, 23 November 2008 (UTC)

lol. I've never read any of the RC books, but I dislike Traviss and her "clones are better than Jedi" beliefs. Chack Jadson (Talk) 12:27, 27 January 2009 (UTC)
